hi there! you are probably getting sick of seeing the gift card holders from me so i promise i will stop posting them after this!! :) once i have an idea i like, i ride it 'til the wheels fall off, lol! :) my mom is giving some starbucks gift cards for christmas this year so she asked me to make her some gift card holders and i was only too happy to help, so here they are! i kept them super simple because i had a bunch to make. here is a picture of it opened up.
in other *super* random news....does anyone remember monchhichis?? i was walking through my grocery store the other day and look what i saw!! i took this picture with my phone so it isn't the greatest quality, but you can click on it to see it bigger if you want. can you believe it? my kids thought it was hilarious that i was freaking out in the store over these little guys! i had a little girl one in a pink dress when i was a kid and i really loved it! i had no idea that they were even selling these now, let alone in the grocery store! i am going to get the little girl one for my daughter! aren't they cute?? anyway, after we saw them, i couldn't stop singing the monchhichi song, you remember it right?? i went on youtube to find it for my kids and i found this commercial from the 80s. gotta love it!! :) one more quick thing...i am going to be having a sale on my simply caffeinated kits starting tomorrow so be sure to check back for the details! i hope you are having a great weekend and thanks for visiting! :)

omg, went I went to the groccery store tonight, those monchichis were almost all gone! (I had seen them like 2 weeks earlier in stock.) Can't believe it. I had to go over and stick one of the thumbs in the little monchichi's mouth. hehe.

One of these days I am going to try out the GC holders. And the Monchhichis - oh, Lordy, do I remember those. I went to school with a boy named Juan and everyone called him Juanchichi :)
